How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to the Subscription section and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple:
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name (Apple ID)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Golfkid Rules
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will delete all your data.
How do I add multiple children?
The Family subscription allows creating up to 6 child profiles. On the home screen, tap the profile icon then "Add Profile".
My progress disappeared, what should I do?
- Check that you're signed in to the correct account
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Check your internet connection
- If the problem persists, contact us with your account email
The app isn't working properly
Try these steps:
- Completely close the app and reopen it
- Check that your device is up to date (iOS 15 minimum)
- Check your internet connection
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is saved)
