By using our app, you agree to these terms of use. If you are a minor, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Golfkid Rules app, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Golfkid Rules is an educational app that teaches golf rules to children in a fun and interactive way. The app offers:

Interactive lessons on golf rules
Quizzes to test knowledge
Educational mini-games
A progression and rewards system
An optional leaderboard between players

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Subscription Types

Solo: Full access for 1 child profile
Family: Full access for up to 6 child profiles

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your choice
Payment is charged through your Apple ID account
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Golfkid Rules, you agree to:

Not use the app for illegal purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Not share your account with people outside your household
Use appropriate language in input areas (nickname)

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the app (text, images, animations, sounds, code) is the exclusive property of Golfkid Rules and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the app's content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.

7. Child Protection

Our app is designed for children. We comply with COPPA and require parental consent for children under 13 years old in the United States before collecting any personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Your continued use of the app after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app in case of violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
